Housing corporations dVi, KvK & annual report

Every submission adds up

Housing corporations (toegelaten instellingen) submit the dVi, file the financial statements with the KvK and publish an annual report. With Taxxor Disclosure Manager these come from one structured source — change a figure and it adds up in the dVi, the filing and the annual report.

What a housing corporation has to submit

  • dVi

accountability information covering the financial year just closed, submitted through SBR-wonen before 1 July each year. There is no exemption: every housing corporation files the dVi. One submission serves the Autoriteit woningcorporaties (the housing regulator), the WSW guarantee fund and the ministry.

  • dPi

forecast information for the coming five years, submitted before 15 December each year. In practice this comes out of a multi-year budgeting package connected directly to the dPi portal. Taxxor DM can handle the submission technically, but no implementation is in production yet.

  • KvK filing

the financial statements of the housing corporation, via SBR in XBRL or iXBRL against the housing-corporation taxonomy. Mandatory for large entities from financial year 2025, which puts the first mandatory filings in 2026.

  • Annual report

management report and financial statements, in brand style: a print-ready PDF for the printer and a PDF for online publication.

One annual cycle, four submissions with a different recipient, channel and deadline each — and figures that all have to add up. SBR-wonen is the partnership between the housing regulator, the WSW, the ministry and Aedes that maintains the dVi and dPi data models.

How Taxxor solves this

  • The dVi, the KvK filing and the annual report all draw on the same structured source data — one change flows through to every submission.
  • Map once, report infinitely — map the source data once, reuse it for every submission and every year.
  • Full data lineage, change tracking and audit trail.
  • Direct connection to source systems (Excel and more); role-based access per department or section.
  • Validation built in — the submission is checked against the XBRL validation rules before it is sent.

Ready for what comes next

  • Taxonomy-agnostic: new or amended submission definitions do not require new tooling. SBR-wonen publishes a new dVi and dPi data model every year — that model is loaded, not built in.
  • Ready for upcoming Inline XBRL mandates.

In practice

Havensteder

A housing corporation submits the dVi and files the financial statements with the KvK from the same source data as the designed annual report.

Experience it, then decide

  1. See it work in a demo — with the dVi submission and the KvK filing.
  2. Set up and configure together.
  3. Write, submit and file with the KvK.
